Pivoting Chutes

Material cna be directed to one scrap box or an alternate by

installing a pivoting chute at the discharge outlet.

Pivoting drive options include manual. pneumatic, and

motorized (power cylinder)

Motorized Swivel Chutes

The motorized swivel chute enables the most efficient utilization of

scrap boxes. "At-capacity"sensors detect where scrap material

has accumulated to the full mark inside the box. The chute can then automatically swivel to an empty position within the box, allowing scrap to be filled uniformly. A signal notifying the operator than it is time to change out the box when full is also available
